The story so far...
Praxia started with an idea and a strong desire to just get things done—no nonsense. I didn't want to build a company full of red tape or lock customers into contracts they'd regret. I just wanted to solve real problems for a fair price.
At the time, I wasn't sure exactly what Praxia would become, but I knew what it wouldn't be: a place driven by pushy sales, or office politics. That stuff drains energy and gets in the way of real progress.
Our belief is simple: if you treat customers right, solve their problems, exceed expectations and stay honest—you win. So do they. That's the Praxia way.

Our Journey
Now, at only 2 years in, those early ambitions are taking shape.
Praxia Logic, inspired by the Latin for practice, action and logic, is registered as a business name.
Praxia becomes real with the launch of Attendai 1.0
Attendai gets a make-over and becomes powered by AI.

Values to live by
These values describe, at the most fundamental level, what we stand for. These values shape our culture, influence who we are, what we do, and even who we hire. They will stay the same as we continue to grow.

Don't #@!% the customer
Customers are our lifeblood. Without happy customers, we're doomed. We don't lie to our customers. Our pricing is clear and our terms & conditions are fair for us and our customers. If we all feel like we got a good deal, then that's a great foundation for a long and happy relationship.

Open company, no BS
Openess is a basic for us. And anyone can talk to anyone. Information is open internally by default and sharing is a first principle. And we understand that speaking your mind requires equal parts brains (what to say), thoughtfulness (when to say it), and caring (how it's said).

Play, as a team
We spend a huge amount of our time at work. So the more that time doesn't feel like "work," the better. We can be serious, without taking ourselves too seriously. We strive to put what's right for the team first – whether in a meeting room or on a social.

Work life balance
Unplugging is important. We encourage everyone to prioritise personal, family and social time. We insist that all holiday entitlement, including Time Off In Lieu is taken. And in the workplace we all have C.H.O.I.C.E. (Connection, Health, Office, Invest, Career, and Education), and our team can customise their choice to meet their individual needs.

Taking the 1% pledge
We're committed to donate 1% of profit and employee time, to the community. As we grow that will extend to donating equity and software licences.
